Job description

Job Title: Sales Enablement Assistant

Everlight Solar, a leader in solar energy in the Midwest, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This is an entry-level, full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies.
  2. Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion.
  3. Collect and present data for sales teams.
  4. Communicate with customers to gather information.
  5. Act as a liaison between sales and other teams.
  6. Attend company-sponsored self-development and team-building workshops.
Requirements
  1. Own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  2. Strong administrative skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  7. Availability for 40 hours/week, including rotating shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, and once a month on Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.

Additional Information

Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year.
