Position: Sales Enablement Assistant

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This entry-level, full-time position is remote. The role involves acting as a personal assistant to the Sales teams and serving as a liaison between sales, project management, and customers. Administrative skills are essential.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies.
  2. Participate in self-development and team-building workshops sponsored by the company.
  3. Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion.
  4. Gather and present data for sales teams.
  5. Communicate with customers to collect information.
  6. Serve as a liaison between sales and other teams.
Requirements
  1. Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  2. Strong administrative skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  7. Own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  8. Availability to work 40 hours/week within 7 am - 10 pm shifts, including rotating shifts and one Saturday per month (8 am - 6 pm).
