Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have experience with calendar management and phone systems. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Utilize the company software, used to enter customers, receive payments.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required, including typing correspondence and reports.
  • Assist with various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer support skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or clerk is a plus.
