Recruiting for an administrative support position in Pathway Programs. Demonstrated administrative experience in a university or higher education environment is required. This is a grant-funded position and continued funding is contingent upon future grant renewals. Current grant funding for this position is projected through October 1, 2029. Please note: this position will be fully onsite at the UCR campus during the first six-month probationary period. After that, the position may be eligible to transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. Additionally, the position requires in-person attendance for weekly Tuesday meetings and approximately three to five special events each year, as well as other in-person activities as needed. The full salary range for the Administrative Assistant-Pathways is $29.35 - $42.06 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $35.26 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
