Job description

Do you see challenge as opportunity, take pride in doing things the right way, and believe great work starts with great relationships? Because that is the Jackson Way.

If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, you’ll find purpose here. At Jackson Contractor Group, we are builders through and through, of structures, relationships, and opportunity. We build more than projects, we build people.

What truly sets us apart is our people and our core values.

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. Take care of each other. CHASE THE HARD STUFF. Meet challenges head on. OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY. Deliver what is promised. SPARK PASSION. Bring enthusiasm. PURSUE GREATNESS. Desire to succeed.

At Jackson, we invest in you. Not just your skills, but your growth and your goals. You will have the support to push limits, the encouragement to innovate, and the trust to take ownership.

Are you the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in supporting a team that delivers excellence? As an Administrative Assistant at Jackson, you will be at the center of our office operations, helping our people and projects run smoothly every day.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, loves problem-solving, and can anticipate what is needed before being asked. Do you enjoy coordinating multiple tasks at once, managing details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and finding ways to make processes more efficient? If so, you will fit right in.

You will be the face of Jackson’s Bozeman Office, greeting visitors, supporting staff, and keeping our office organized, while gaining exposure to all areas of a growing construction company. This is a part‑time position, approximately 25 hours per week, scheduled Monday‑Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm, with some flexibility as office needs evolve. Health insurance benefits are not available for this position. Retirement benefits are unavailable until 1000 hours are worked within a plan year.

This is more than an administrative role; it is an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact with the potential for the role to evolve into a full‑time position and expand with additional responsibilities as you grow within the company.

When you are a part of the Jackson crew, your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is seen every day. Whether you are assisting the division manager or interacting with community members, you will be part of a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine connection.

If you are ready to do meaningful work with people who care about what they build, and who they build it with, we would love to meet you.
