Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking an administrative professional to support routine duties and ensure smooth office operations. You will prepare correspondence, reports, and documents, answer calls, and relay messages while gathering data for regular reporting.

You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, and assist with credentialing and onboarding for providers. You will also help with annual licensing, accreditation, and privileging processes, process payment requests and

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficient with computers and standard software.
  • Strong organization and communication abilities.
  • Capability to handle credentialing and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, and other documents.
