NBCUniversal is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Media to support the EVP, Media in Focus Features. You will help coordinate media campaigns across broadcast and digital channels, manage plans and budgets, and ensure timely trafficking and review workflows.
The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and effective communication. A hybrid schedule is in place with in-office presence required several days per week, plus comprehensive benefits.
The Administrative Assistant, Media role reports into the EVP, Media for Focus Features and supports the execution and coordination of all aspects of a media campaign. This role is integrated, and experience supporting both digital and broadcast media campaigns is preferred. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that requires strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, finance, or communications or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with syndicated media research tools and media planning or reporting platforms.
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
