Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. seeks a hands-on Administrative and Operations Support role to assist manufacturing staff on the floor and coordinate HR, production, and contracting needs.

You will help with onboarding, timekeeping, travel logistics, and petty cash, while driving employee engagement and cross‑department collaboration. This position emphasizes confidentiality and proactive problem solving on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, HR, manufacturing support, or related role.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP/manufacturing systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees, management, HR, and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to manufacturing employees, with regular presence and engagement on the manufacturing floor.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and contracting agencies to support recruitment, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and ongoing employee needs.
  • Coordinate with Production Control on production orders, employee timekeeping, and other operational activities.
  • Support manufacturing employees with travel, accommodations, work vehicles, fuel cards, and other logistical needs.
  • Manage petty cash, company credit card documentation, and related administrative reporting.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and appreciation initiatives, including events, meetings, meals, vendors, and other activities.
  • Support community relations efforts, sponsorships, and local partnerships to strengthen the company's presence within the community.
  • Assist with operational reporting, spreadsheets, special projects, and other administrative needs across the manufacturing organization.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

About the Opportunity

This role provides administrative and operational support to manufacturing employees and day-to-day manufacturing operations, with a focus on employee engagement, staffing, and operational coordination. This role partners with HR, production control, and other departments to support workforce needs, employee services, community relations, and overall manufacturing operations. The position also supports special projects and other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
