Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team in our fast paced Medical Legal office. In this role, you will witness medical examinations done in the office and provide admininstative support for new and existing cases the office manages. Our clients included both attorneys and medical professionals, in this role you would be interfacing with multiple professional clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Be a witness for medical evaluations done in the office

Upload medical records to our database

Assist in the management of new clients and cases

Follow up to confirm the status of older cases

Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a medical or legal office

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
