Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations for the ATRC within the Accessibility Center, serving as the primary point of contact while managing communications, scheduling, office operations, assessment spaces, events, supplies, and development logistics.
  • Coordinate and support ATRC meetings, outreach events, conferences, workshops, and other activities by managing logistics, reservations, vendors, materials, and related administrative functions.
  • Education, Training, and Outreach – Develop and maintain accessible communications, websites, marketing materials, newsletters, and training resources that promote ATRC services and comply with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
  • Provide information, consultation, presentations, and training on assistive technology, accessibility resources, and ATRC services to students, faculty, staff, campus partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Support outreach initiatives by responding to resource requests, participating in campus events, and onboarding and training student employees.
  • Product and Data Management – Maintain assistive technology inventories, equipment loans, purchasing records, vendor information, and related documentation while coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting of assistive technology hardware and software.
  • Maintain confidential client records, databases, surveys, and program data; monitor data integrity; prepare reports; and support program evaluation using systems such as Clockwork, Qualtrics, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Training and Education – Coordinate staff training and professional development activities, including webinars, conferences, workshops, presentations, and the preparation of related training materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Accessibility Center, in alignment with Colorado State University’s land-grant mission, leads and advances equitable access across the university by setting institutional guidelines, standards, and best practices for accessibility and inclusion. Together, the Student Disability Center, Assistive Technology Resource Center, and Accessible Media Production unite to provide and enhance access, accommodations, assistive technology, digital accessibility, and campus-wide accessibility resources that serve individuals with disabilities and strengthen the broader community. Through collaboration, we proactively empower students, faculty, and staff to share responsibility for the integration of accessibility into all aspects of university life.

Essential Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range
