Job Description
EPS Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant IIIto provide essential support to our directorate. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, with an emphasis on document processing, file maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Provide computer-processing support including word processing, PowerPoint presentations, and spreadsheet manipulation in support of directorate programs.
Prepare, compile, and distribute reports such as activity summaries, suspense reports, and travel documentation.
Maintain and organize designated files; prepare, process, and track required forms and reports.
Analyze current recordkeeping procedures and implement improved record management practices in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50.
Create, edit, and format professional correspondence (e.g., memoranda, official documents) in compliance with established processes and AR 25-50 standards.
Assist in the coordination and support of informal and formal inquiries and investigations in accordance with Army Regulation 15-6.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, ideally within a military or government environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of AR 25-50 and AR 15-6 preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
