CNA has a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our team in New York City (1166 6th Ave, New York, NY 10036). This position provides executive-level administrative and operational support to the SVP, Management Liability; SVP, Cyber E&O & Affinity Programs; and SVP, Financial Institutions & Financial Lines Wholesale. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, travel, and expenses; coordinating meetings and events; preparing presentations and reports; supporting onboarding and office operations; and serving as a trusted liaison across business partners while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. The successful candidate brings exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Copilot and analytics platforms such as Microsoft’s Power BI is preferred. Financial services experience is advantageous, as is the ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $35,000 to $65,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
