Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the 4-H program at the county level.
  • Support Extension Hort Agent and Master Gardener program operations.
  • Assist with registrations, mailing, filing, and event coordination.
  • Publish calendars, brochures, and certificates; assist with presentations.
  • Process deposits, financials, and monthly accounting statements.
  • Back up receptionist duties and assist other administrative staff as needed.
