Work Location All positions are considered on-site roles.
After six months of employment, some positions may be eligible to apply for a hybrid work arrangement based on job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy.
Academic (Faculty) positions require an on-campus presence, even when teaching online courses, in accordance with state law.

Performs administrative and office support activities for supervisors which include complex and confidential projects requiring initiative and attention to detail and the ability to work in a multitasked environment.
Must provide flexible, responsive, and high-quality customer service and interpersonal skills. Understands the organizational structure and services provided by different departments to best serve stakeholders and constituents. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask/prioritize work to support organizational needs to meet deadlines and timeframes. Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in personal computer applications and good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Demonstrate ability to work with confidential information with discretion and use independent judgement to handle non-routine information and explain policies and procedures to stakeholders and constituents. Must have proven organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in writing and handling business correspondence.
Bilingual preferred.

Associate degree plus one (1) year of administrative work-related experience, or High School diploma or equivalent plus three (3) years of administrative work-related experience. Official transcripts are required when applicable.
