Job summary

RS&H is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our Tallahassee team in-office five days a week.

You will provide administrative and project support to senior leaders, coordinating meetings and appointments, including attendance at external events; preparing reports, meeting minutes, presentations, agreements and contract documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; maintain electronic and physical files; calling vendors to obtain

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant experience.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative duties, coordination of complex projects and events, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for senior leaders, including external events.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, agreements and contract documents.
  • Coordinate and book travel and assist in preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files.

Job description

The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our team in Tallahassee. This position will work in-office 5 days per week.

As part of the team, you'll serve an integral role on the program by providing administrative and project support to senior leaders within the program. You will be coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for senior leaders, including attendance at external events; preparing reports, meeting minutes, presentations, agreements and contract documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; maintain electronic and physical files; calling vendors to obtain quotes, and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and five years relevant experience.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of administrative duties, coordination of complex projects and events, and Microsoft Office.
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
  • Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
