Pacific Clinics is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide essential administrative support across programs and assist with project completion, communications, and office operations. You will manage calendars, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, supporting onboarding, and maintaining filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
CSU is a 23hr 59min unit for adults 18+ who require intensive stabilization services. The goal is to divert from 5150 and psychiatric hospital stays. We are looking for compassionate and collaborative team members to help launch our new Nevada County CSU to provide strengths‑based, culturally respectful, and trauma‑informed stabilization support services.

Utilizes and organizes the maintenance of office equipment, provides phone coverage and is responsible for handling and directing communications with both internal and external customers in a professional, efficient and organized manner.
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
$23.00 – $28.23
