Manage incoming phone lines and address customer inquiries concerning mail and general administrative operations. Coordinate, sort and distribute incoming mail, overnight and priority mail for the Radiation Section. Maintain tracking logs for overnight packages and resolve issues regarding lost or misplaced mail. Assist the billing team with file preparation, scanning and uploading documents to OnBase, and remittance list verification for new applications. Approve online payments and upload to OnBase. Support the billing manager with projects using VERSA, Excel and Word. Perform general office tasks such as preparing files and making copies of checks. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift boxes weighing up to 15 pounds.
Essential Job Functions:
EJF 1 (75%)
Manage incoming phone lines and address customer inquiries concerning mail and general administrative operations. Support the billing manager with projects using VERSA, Excel and Word. Perform general office tasks such as preparing files and making copies of checks. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift boxes weighing up to 15 pounds.

Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating or serving in a supporting role to meet the agency’s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.
