The University of Central Florida's Advancement & Partnerships is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to support staff with mailings, meetings, and events, and to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and accounting reimbursements.

The Opportunity: UCF Advancement & Partnerships is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant I, to aid in general administrative duties. This position would be ideal for UCF or Valencia Students or someone looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with mailings, meetings, and events.
  • Performs secretarial and support tasks for staff by preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and accounting reimbursements.
  • Reviews and inputs information into the donor database.
  • Delivers documents to the main campus.
  • Participates as a backup to the front desk receptionist.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and donors.
  • Ability to type emails and use Microsoft administrative programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to complete forms in the proper format.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between the Advancement & Partnerships office and supporting colleges.
