University of Central Florida is seeking a Business System Analyst I to clarify project objectives, analyze business needs, and translate them into clear, structured requirements for IT initiatives. You will ensure alignment with university goals and support the implementation of process improvements across departments.
The role involves designing and documenting workflows, assisting with testing, and coordinating data migration and security considerations.
The Business System Analyst I works with administrators, subject matter experts, and IT personnel to clarify project objectives, conducts business needs analysis, and provides clear and structured requirements for technology related initiatives and upgrades. Ensures IT systems and applications are aligned with UCF organizational objectives. Plans, manages, and ensures the proper implementation of projects related to business process changes and improvements. Evaluates, assesses, and designs the technical functions of various UCF business systems modules.
Bachelor’s degree and 0+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
