The Administrative Assistant I-Medical Diagnostic functions as a member of the medical clerical support team under the direct supervision of the Medical Director. The Administrative Assistant I performs clerical duties requiring application of varied complex work methods and procedures. Has latitude for decision making in carrying out routine and special phases of work, timely completion of the clinical record, maintaining records and confidential files, preparing routine and special reports, and utilizing computers and various automated office machines. Exercises initiative and judgment in determining individual methods and practices for work situation.

All State Supported Living Center Employees are subject to Random Drug Testing.
Flexibility in work hours may be required for this position. The position may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
