Seaford School District is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support district administration by performing clerical tasks and managing front-office operations. The role involves greeting visitors, handling mail, managing office equipment, and assisting staff with phones and email systems.
The position requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) with relevant coursework; college degree preferred. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced school environment.
Description: The Administrative Assistant is responsible to assist administration in maintaining the efficient and professional operation of the office and performing a variety of clerical tasks under the direction and supervision of building or district administration of the Seaford School District.
Works in standard office and school building environments.
