The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking a detail oriented Administrative Assistant with accounting and grant writing responsibilities to support the Service Extension Department. You will handle input in finance systems, AP/A/R, and assist in audit preparations, while developing grant proposals and managing grant reports.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, accounting familiarity, and strong communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This position is directly responsible to the Service Extension Director and assists in the total operation and function of the Service Extension Department. The role is responsible for assigned accounting tasks, grant proposal writing, and grant report submissions on behalf of the department.
