Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking an organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll be the backbone of operational success, handling calls, visitors, calendars, payroll and vendor contacts, ensuring messages reach the right people promptly.

You’ll coordinate the Director’s schedule, prepare reports, organize files, and support cross-functional teams within Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in hospitality or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and relay messages to the right people.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Director's calendar and schedules.
  • Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain payroll/training/vendor records.
  • Organize departmental files, track inventory, and support purchasing needs.
  • Assist with meeting planning, cross-functional projects, and overall Food & Beverage operations.

What You'll Do
Be the Hub of Communication

Greet visitors, manage calls, and ensure messages reach the right people promptly

Own the Details

Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records for payroll, training, and vendor contacts
