Master the Calendar: Coordinate and maintain the Director's schedule, keeping commitments organized and on time
Own the Details: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records for payroll, training, and vendor contacts
Keep Operations Flowing: Organize departmental files, track inventory, and support purchasing needs

Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
1-2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative roles, preferably in food and beverage operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma, or equivalent
