An esteemed institution seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for their school program in Baltimore. The role involves a range of clerical and office tasks, including payroll system maintenance, scheduling, and communication with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with prior office experience preferred, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The Administrative Assistant will support the school program by providing a variety of routine office, clerical, and administrative tasks. This position will follow procedures to maintain the Kronos staff payroll system. This staff member will relay information, assist with outgoing correspondence, reserve meeting spaces, and maintain email groups and schedules. The incumbent will also order and organize supplies, maintain documentation, assist with audits, and manage the timekeeping efforts as needed.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE:
No previous related work experience is required; however, secretarial or professional office experience is preferred.
