Netflix Experience Design (XD) is an inclusive blend of design disciplines, focused on the company mission of entertaining the world. XD is responsible for the global Netflix experience, including how we acquire, retain and measure customer health, member streaming platforms, and developing, producing, marketing, branding and promoting Netflix experiences. This role is based on-site in Los Angeles, CA on a hybrid basis (Tues - Thurs in office) with some travel to the Los Gatos office.
Responsibilities
Provide a wide variety of support functions to Directors within our Experience Design Organization, including but not limited to:
- Event planning (e.g. offsites, workshops, conferences, internal team events, etc.)
- Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Expenses
- Heavy calendar coordination
- Organization and prioritization to be able to handle and process multiple, sometimes competing, requests.
- Strong partnership and communications across cross-functional leaders and among Admins and EAs supporting those groups.
- Follow up/follow through and execution.
- Curiosity about the business context to be able to flag team misalignments or question prioritization.
- Set/create limits for the team and push back when requests are unrealistic.
- Strong voice on the team and enthusiastic participation.
- Proactivity to spot trends and help to bring attention to needs.
- Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive information.
The Must-Haves
- 5+ years of applicable Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced environment supporting multiple leaders at one time.
- Strong instincts around people and organizations with demonstrated ability to influence
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate
- A willingness to fail fast and learn
- Earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well
- When faced with ambiguous situations, using data, intuition, and knowledge to make informed decisions
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, handling new responsibilities, and remaining flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Self motivated, quick thinking, and enthusiastic

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $60,000 - $240,000. This market range is based on total compensation (vs. only base salary), which is in line with our compensation philosophy.
