Administrative support/office management (reception, records, class scheduling, appointment scheduling, data collection/analysis, research and inventory) and primary point of contact for division information; manage multiple division/grant budgets; manage theatre production preparation (contracts, payment, travel i.e. meals, transportation, lodging). Accurately prepare quote/purchase requests, reconciliation of department card purchases/payments; process all department expenditures. Supervise student workers. Assist chair in theatre with accreditation data. Other duties as assigned.
