DENTISTRY-ENDODONTICS (IN-DSEN-IUINA)

The mission of the Department of Endodontics is to provide education and conduct research in the biology of the dental pulp and the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and injuries of the pulp and associated periradicular tissues. Patients in the Graduate Endodontics Clinic are treated by residents (licensed dentists who are receiving specialty training in endodontics).
The Administrative Assistant for Endodontics provides comprehensive administrative support for both the predoctoral and graduate residency programs. This role coordinates departmental operations, financial and procurement activities, faculty support, exam administration, scheduling, and leadership support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the department. The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant for Endodontics support the full scope of Endodontics departmental operations, including both the predoctoral program and the graduate residency program.
Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

$22.00 - 23.50 per hour based on experience and internal equity.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
