Position Department Women's and Gender Resource Center Position Details
Under the supervision of the Director of the Women’s Gender Resource Center, the Administrative Associate for Equity/Inclusivity will perform varied advanced secretarial and administrative work for the Office. This includes providing support for the Women’s and Gender Resource Center, the Popel Shaw Center for Race and Ethnicity, the Office of LGBTQ Services, and student workers. This position may have contact with high-level administrative offices and other campus departments and must be able to respond as appropriate.
Not responsible for supervising others.
High school diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred. Additional years of directly-related office experience may substitute some education. Valid driver's license, preferred. Experience 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Work progress is monitored by supervisor/manager; incumbent follows precedents and procedures, and may set priorities and organizes work within general guidelines established by supervisor/manager.

Standard office equipment including computer, copier/printer, etc. Microsoft Office Suite.
