Britton Waterworks Plumbing, LLC. is a family-owned plumbing company located in the Missouri City area. We are currently seeking an outstanding individual who will take pride in being part of a team & work to support the daily operations of the office.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (In-Person Position)
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software
  • Dispatching plumbing-related work orders based on urgency
  • Routing calls to employees
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Invoice customers
  • Light A/R & A/P
  • Data Entry
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma
  • MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • MUST have a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment/service industry a PLUS
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 PM and alternating Saturdays
  • Proficient in utilizing modern technology; for example HouseCall Pro, Service Titan, Jobber, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail is a MUST
  • High-level organization & time management skills - is a MUST
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient typing skills - minimum of 30 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS

Hourly rate - depends on experience
