St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA, seeks an Administrative Support professional to assist the AVP of Nursing and the Critical Care management team.
You will organize documents, take minutes, manage communications, and uphold department standards. This role requires three years of clerical experience, strong computer skills including spreadsheets, a 60 wpm typing speed, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm Summary of the Job: Provides administrative support to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Nursing, Critical Care Services, and management team consisting of Directors and RN Supervisors, taking directions from the AVP. Demonstrates competence in organization, maintaining documents relevant to Critical Care Services, handling of multiple tasks, production of minutes, written and oral communication skills and a professional appearance and attitude. Responsible for the upkeep of department standards and protocols.
Must possess good physical health.
Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.
Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
