As an Administrative Assistant at Erickson-Hall Construction Co., you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, knowledge, and learn best practices from an industry innovator.

To succeed in this role, you should be open to learning, disciplined, systems-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and possess a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support on active construction sites to the project team.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and team members to understand project scope, schedule, instructions, and responsibilities.
  • Perform data entry tasks such as daily reports, RFI, and submittal logs.
  • Track DSA inspection logs, skilled & trained workforce, and contractors' insurance.
  • Maintain job site-specific SDS and postings.
  • Take meeting minutes accurately.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems in accordance with company standards.
  • Follow up with responsible parties to obtain and coordinate project information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues based on project and company standards.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up skills.
  • Timely problem-solving abilities.
  • Good judgment, quick learning capability, and logical thinking.
  • Responsive to requests for service and assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills and a desire for accuracy.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Contract Manager, Oracle Submittal Exchange, Bluebeam, or construction knowledge is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
