Responsibilities

  • Process and manage Insurance Agent contracts, appointments, and terminations with multiple carriers.
  • Handle commission setup and change requests, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Maintain and organize agent records and databases with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and carriers to troubleshoot contracting or commission issues.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and administrative initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Track project progress, meet deadlines, and communicate updates clearly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents and team members through various methods like email, ticket system, and phone.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including document management, reporting, and data entry.

Job Description
