Act as first point of contact for General Agency sales representatives and back‑office personnel.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job may be located in an environment with ringing phones, conversation, or customer contact. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing or filing may be required. It would require the ability to lift files weighing no more than three pounds, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool (no higher than nine inches) as necessary.
