General Summary:

School secretarial staff support daily office operations by communicating effectively with students, staff, parents, and the public while maintaining accurate records and utilizing essential computer and office skills. They manage tasks efficiently, demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality, and complete assigned responsibilities in a timely and organized manner.
