Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative or operations capacity.
  • Experience supporting executives at high levels; ability to quickly build relationships and partner with leaders.
  • Previous experience in a tech environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work, handle interruptions, changing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion.
  • Eagerness to build a network with other administrative professionals at Adobe.
  • This role will be based out of our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex meetings across global time zones, including internal and external meetings with executives and key customers.
  • Manage the team calendar, ensuring meetings are kept up to date with accurate agendas and attendees.
  • Arrange business travel with the ability to anticipate changes and adapting itineraries accordingly.
  • Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices and PO handling with precision.
  • Assist with onboarding needs including workspace and equipment setup, and ongoing team logistics.
  • Maintain team distribution lists, organizational charts, and review key data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, and large-scale meetings such as All Hands, ensuring a seamless experience, and help shape team culture.
  • Partner regularly with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to support broader team goals.
  • Problem solving - anticipate and resolve challenges with initiative and efficiency, proactively identifying ways to enhance workflows and team efficiency.

What You’ll Do

In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with Adobe senior leaders, Executive Assistants, andAdobe colleagues, acting as a central hub for coordination and communication. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative or operations capacity

  • Experience supporting executives at high levels ; ability to quickly build relationship with the leaders you support and learn what is important to their success; understand the rhythm and partners strategically with them

  • Previous experience in a tech environment a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software

  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work, handle frequent interruptions, changing priorities and remain flexible and calm under pressure

  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $75,800 -- $157,650 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $108,900 - $157,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
