Credence is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support for program leadership and mission-critical initiatives. This role is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and supporting a variety of administrative and project-related activities. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, program staff, and stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations and effective coordination of activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience providing administrative, office, program, or operational support. Experience preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, and administrative documentation. Experience managing schedules, records, files, or other administrative processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience supporting meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
