St. Francis Hospital, The Heart Center® in New York offers a Care Management/Denials Management support role. The position involves clerical support for Care Managers and Social Workers to facilitate patient transitions to the next level of care.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, coordinating transitions, obtaining authorizations for post-acute services, and assisting with paperwork and reporting within the Care Management team.

Qualifications

  • High School degree required.

  • Orders supplies/equipment, oversees office needs and performs various duties as required.

Salary Range

USD $23.46 - USD $32.85 /Hr.
