Sanford Health is seeking an administrative coordinator to support the Marshfield Clinic LEAD Center. The role manages calendars, emails, travel, and room bookings, and assists with training logistics, meetings, billing, and timekeeping.

This role provides administrative and coordination support in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, including calendar and inbox management, travel and room reservations, simulation lab scheduling, supplies and inventory, and training logistics. You’ll also assist with meeting materials, reports, timekeeping, billing, and maintaining policies and procedures. Strong organization, customer service, and communication skills are essential, along with Microsoft Office experience and a willingness to learn tools like Smartsheet. Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for the Marshfield Clinic LEAD Center. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports. Maintaining vacation schedule and managing schedules for the department. Order and dispense supplies. May perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information, processing and submitting to payroll. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals; keeping them up-to-date. Training logistics support including but not limited to reservations, travel plans, roster management and event planning. Knowledge in MS Office and willingness to learn Smartsheet and additional functions.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Applicable experience preferred. Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
