Job summary

Role Purpose

Corning is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level executive support to senior leaders at our Tewksbury, MA site. In this on-site role, you'll manage complex schedules, global travel, and executive-level communications — serving as a trusted partner to leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, communications, and logistics for multiple senior leaders across domestic and international time zones
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa and passport requirements, and proactive responses to schedule changes
  • Plan and execute executive events, offsite meetings, customer visits, and team activities, managing all logistics including catering, transportation, and hospitality
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for customer-facing meetings and external engagements; liaise directly with customer administrative teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop and refine executive-level materials for business reviews and leadership discussions; process expense reports and support broader administrative team coverage and onboarding
Experiences/Education - Required
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives
  • Daily on-site availability in Tewksbury, MA; standard Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility for after-hours business needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive
  • Experience processing expense reports using Concur or a comparable platform
  • Ability to manage complex domestic and international travel logistics, including visa and passport coordination
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with sound judgment and discretion
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience creating polished executive-level meeting materials, including presentation formatting and content coordination
  • Experience supporting new team member integration and onboarding
  • Experience applying company-specific IT systems and administrative software

The range for this position is$62,786.00-$86,332.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
