Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Position Description

  • Performs various administrative and/or project-related duties in support of an individual or group.
  • Assignments are complex and diversified in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters.
  • Judgment is required in resolving moderately complex problems.

Position Deliverables

  • Office Assistance
  • Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies and materials
  • Coordinate employee office set up, moves, and transfers
  • Assistance in preparation to presentations and communications to customers
  • Maintain accurate communication lists (contact lists, phone lists, on call, work hours, etc.).
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings to capture and publish meeting minutes
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings to support communication objectives
  • Data Input & Indicators
  • Assistance in tracking and reporting of indicator programs (green badge sponsors, tool closeouts, forecasts, incident investigation reports, leading safety indicators, lagging safety indicators, etc.

Minimum Requirements & Expectations

  • Education/ Experience
  • High school or GED equivalent education
  • 2 years of administrative assistance experience
  • Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have working knowledge of office personal computer applications.
