Cadence Design Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Global Human Resources to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment at San Jose, CA. This role requires a self-starter with discretion and professionalism.
You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, organize events, prepare expenses, and support leadership. Requires 4+ years of Administrative experience, strong Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Cadence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant in Global Human Resources. This role requires a self-starter with an ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
This role is based on-site in San Jose, CA, with a requirement to be in the office four days per week.
The hourly range for California is $28.26 to $52.50 per hour.
You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
Please note that the hourly range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
