Blueprint Technologies is seeking an experienced Administrative & Operations Support professional to assist senior leaders in a fast-growing technology organization in Washington.
You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, organize meetings, process expenses, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly with a collaborative, fast-paced team.

In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders within a rapidly growing technology organization. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing meetings and events, and supporting team operations. You'll work closely with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to ensure priorities stay on track while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensation
AtBlueprint,westrivetooffercompetitivepaythatreflectsthevalueofourteammembers.Compensationforthisroleisinfluencedbyavarietyoffactors,includingskills,education,responsibilities,experience,andgeographicmarket.
ForcandidatesbasedinWashingtonState,theanticipatedcompensationrangeis$28 to $30 USD per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite
