We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to Director of the GCP Group.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can serve as a reliable resource for a team with a variety of administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support members of the GCP/QA team.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities.
- Schedule meetings, prepare logistics, and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Organize, maintain, and format documents and team materials.
- Assist with data entry, data organization, tracking, and basic reporting.
- Support internal communications and help coordinate information across the QA/GCP team.
- Maintain organized files, records, and administrative documentation.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups as needed.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks and requests to help keep priorities moving efficiently.
- Serve as a flexible administrative resource for the broader QA organization.
- Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed based on team priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.
- Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills.
- Proficiency with standard business software and document-management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team.

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare organization.

- Experience working in a highly regulated or documentation-intensive environment.
