Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an administrative professional to maintain information flow, prepare purchasing forms, and coordinate travel and meetings.

You will collaborate with internal and external contacts while upholding SEL values and World Class Manufacturing principles. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Related associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical/scientific information.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
