Job summary

The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Juvenile Probation Department in Phoenix.   • Answer inquiries regarding policy, procedures, and functions of the Detention scheduling and overtime process.
  • File management and retention; manage emergency contact lists.
  • Assist in detention projects and manage stock forms and orders of supply.

The job may involve using hands for tasks such as typing, handling objects, or operating tools, as well as reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee may be required to move or lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds. The current contribution rate for ASRS is 12.27% and the current contribution rate for PSPRS is 5.84% and up for the defined contribution plan and 8.82% for the defined benefit plan.
