Job summary

Comcast in Philadelphia is seeking an organized Administrative Coordinator to manage document preparation, filing systems, and project coordination for the department. The role supports executive communications, meeting logistics, and data entry to keep operations efficient.

You will handle confidential information, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain office supplies and equipment. Regular attendance is expected, with flexibility for nights and weekends as necessary to support

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and conducting research for departmental projects
  • Supporting the organization of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agenda items, and compiling relevant research and reports
  • Exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality regarding departmental activities and sensitive information
  • Handling the procurement and inventory management of office supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of electronic filing systems to improve document retrieval and data management
  • Developing intricate spreadsheets, crafting detailed Word documents, and designing PowerPoint presentations for internal use
  • Screening incoming phone calls to ensure proper distribution and timely response to inquiries
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment to prevent disruptions in administrative operations
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
