Qualifications

  • Experience supporting professionals, managers, or teams preferred.

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides entry-level professional administrative support to partners, managers, and firm professionals. This role supports daily administrative activities, communications and scheduling, maintaining records, assisting with client service needs, and contributes to an efficient and professional client experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and client service teams
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up activities
  • Maintain electronic and physical client records and administrative files
  • Support engagement-related administrative activities during tax, audit, and advisory deadlines including client communication such as phone calls
  • Assist with client communications, mailings, and document preparation
  • Track deadlines, tasks, and administrative priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred

  • Experience in public accounting, professional services, or a similar environment preferred
Work Requirements and Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
