  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • May require First Aid and CPR certification.
