Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Doniphan, NE is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support manufacturing plant and field operations.

You will handle front office reception, coordinate with production, agronomy, and external partners, and manage accounts payable/receivable, data entry, and records management.   • Excels in a fast‑paced environment and adapts to change.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed during operational peaks to support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations.
  • Perform daily reception activities effectively and welcome visitors and business partners to the location.
  • Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing for the site.
  • Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments.
  • Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with contract administration duties, office supply ordering, and other plant purchasing needs.
  • Assist with records management around quality programs and training.
  • Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
  • Tracking documentation and assist training coordinator for proper document control.
  • Run payroll reports and review for data accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

With strong attention to detail and accuracy, you will prepare correspondence and reports, support contract administration and purchasing needs, assist with quality and training documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
